Order Processing

• Processing Time: We meticulously handcraft each product to ensure the highest quality. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time—but we’re working on it!

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class) → 3-5 business days
• Rush Shipping (USPS Priority Mail) → 2-3 business days

All orders include tracking information.

APO/FPO Shipping

We proudly support our service members and ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipping times may be longer (10-15 days) due to military mail processing.

Additional Information

• Delays: If your order takes longer than 5 business days to ship, we’ll notify you.
• Lost or Missing Packages: If you suspect your package is lost, contact us at shop@ragnarodneys.com.
